How it works

Funding built around your UA performance.

Connect your performance data, receive clear financing terms, and scale UA without giving up equity. Decisions typically take 48 hours, with capital deployed in 4 to 6 weeks.

Step by step

Four steps from data to capital

With your read-only data, we review your cohorts, outline the terms, and deliver funds straight to your live campaigns.

  1. Collect your data

Share read-only access to what we underwrite on:

    • Marketing & UA Spend
    • Cohort Revenue & Transactions
    • Financial Health & Corporate

    Access stays read-only throughout.

    Days 1-3, typically

  2. Cohort analysis and pricing

    What we look at:

    • Cohort quality
    • Payback predictability
    • Retention decay
    • Channel efficiency

Your terms can improve as campaign performance strengthens.

    Days 3-7, typically

  3. Term sheet

Terms built around your data. It covers:

    • Facility size, based on your prior month's proven UA spend and cohort quality
    • One fixed fee on deployed capital, agreed before you sign
    • Repayment as a set share of funded cohort revenue, with a hard cap. Once the cap is met, the obligation ends.

Estimates are not an offer until underwriting is complete.

    Days 7-14, typically

  4. Scale your campaigns

    Once terms are signed:

    • Capital flows to the campaigns your data already proves out
    • Cohort performance is tracked live, through the same read-only connections
    • Repayment comes from funded cohort revenue, until the cap is met

You keep full control of your campaigns and creative.

    Days 14-21, typically

A worked example

Keep scaling while your cohorts pay back

Illustrative. Terms vary with actual cohort performance.

$0Monthly UA spend on cash alone
$0Facility limit, 1.5x proven monthly spend

Revenue from one month of UA

Same cohort economics, with $1.2M in market instead of $800K.

Payback, 1.0x$0$500K$1M$1.5MD0D60D120D180Days since cohort acquisitionCumulative UA revenue
Two curves share the same payback shape. On cash alone, $800K of user acquisition returns about $1.14 million by day 180. With the facility putting $1.2 million in market, the same economics return about $1.71 million. Both cross payback at day 90. The band between the curves is the additional revenue.
